The Best Vegan Meal Replacement and Protein Powder EVER

This is not sponsored and I paid for the (three) tubs of this that I have purchased (so far).

If you have read my other blog posts, you’ll know that I’m not vegan, but I do have high cholesterol. Most protein powders are made with whey protein, which is very high in cholesterol. If you’re not vegan and you have whey-protein powder, go look at the amount of fat that’s in your protein powder, you’ll be shocked.

I’m a huge fan of iHerb because of the ability to search by diet. I found this meal replacement powder in the “vegan” diet “section” of the site. From my knowledge, you can only get this meal replacement powder through iHerb or through the Madre Labs website.

The meal replacement powder that I’m hyping up is the Madre Labs Zenbu Meal Replacement Powder. It’s chocolate flavored, but you will want to use Stevia (I recommend this natural one that doesn’t contain chemicals) to sweeten it, as it is very low in sugar. I have referred to it as a protein powder because it has 17 grams of protein which is 34% of the recommended daily value. It’s vegan, so it, of course, has no cholesterol! It’s also pretty inexpensive when compared to other protein powders or meal replacement shakes. Did I mention that it has PROBIOTICS!?

Here are some pictures of the product so you can read the nutrition facts:

Let me know what you think of this product, or if you have any recommendations that you want me to try out!

  2. The water table might be impacted by the water use
and run-off of chemical compounds from farms, but
